AI venture capital, India
Venture capital for AI-native companies in India
About 40% of SilverX Fund II is reserved for AI-native businesses: companies where the model, the data and the workflow are the product, not a feature bolted on later.
We back Indian founders building AI that is hard to copy, usually because it sits on proprietary data, deep domain knowledge or physical infrastructure that a general-purpose model cannot reach.
The AI companies we back
AI infrastructure
Compute, inference, data and tooling layers that other AI companies build on.
Enterprise AI and intelligent workflows
Software that takes over real work inside large organisations, measured in hours saved and decisions improved.
AI in healthcare and life sciences
Diagnostics, clinical workflows and drug discovery where regulatory depth is part of the moat.
AI-native financial services
Underwriting, risk and investment products designed around models from day one.
AI-native consumer platforms
Consumer products that only work because of what modern models can now do.
Physical AI
Robotics and autonomous systems where AI meets hardware, sensors and the real world.
How we judge AI companies
As AI makes software intelligence abundant, the defensible companies are the ones with something models cannot simply reproduce. We look for proprietary data, regulatory approvals, hardware, or distribution that compounds.
SilverX uses its own AI models for technical validation and competitive analysis during diligence, and then partners decide. We invest from Seed+ to Series A/B as a SEBI-registered Category II AIF.

Yes. Around 40% of Fund II goes to AI-native businesses across AI infrastructure, enterprise AI, healthcare, financial services and consumer platforms.
What makes an AI startup investable for SilverX?
A reason it cannot be copied quickly: proprietary data, deep domain expertise, regulatory approvals, hardware, or customer relationships that improve the product over time.
What stage does SilverX Fund invest in?
SilverX invests from Seed+ to Series A/B. We aim to back founders before consensus forms and take concentrated ownership in the companies that break out, with reserves for follow-on rounds.
Is SilverX Fund SEBI registered?
Yes. SilverX Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (registration IN/AIF2/25-26/2027), managed by SilverX Advisors LLP. It is Fund II on the platform that ran Silverneedle Ventures Fund I.
